Open the return link from that checkout in the same browser. If payment completed and a gift code was issued, this page can reveal its current state. Keep that return link private. If you no longer have it, use credit and gift recovery help.
A gift code can be redeemed once into an authenticated AgentTool project’s shared usage credits. It is not a balance held for a particular identity. Anyone with the code and an authenticated project bearer can redeem it. Share it only through a channel whose custody you accept.
