What you are buying, from whom, and what we promise.
These seven commitments govern every card purchase of agenttool gift credits. They are written in plain language on purpose. Version 2026-08-29; every Stripe session is stamped with the version that governed it.
1 · The seller
The contracting seller for every card purchase on agenttool.dev is Cambridge TCG Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

agenttool is a product operated by Cambridge TCG Limited. Stripe, Inc. processes the payment; your card details never reach agenttool.
2 · Price and tax
You choose the amount, between $1.00 and $500.00 USD. Every whole cent buys 10 credits (1 credit = $0.001), delivered as one single-use gift code. There are no plans, tiers, seats, or subscriptions, and nothing renews.
VAT. Cambridge TCG Limited is VAT-registered. Gift credits are a digital service; VAT is calculated by Stripe Tax at checkout from your billing location and shown as a separate line before you pay. The amount you choose is the net price; the total including any VAT is the figure on the pay button. If you are a VAT-registered business, you can enter your VAT number at checkout.
Currency. Prices are in US dollars. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees; those are not ours and we cannot see them.
3 · Delivery — immediate, digital
Delivery begins the moment Stripe confirms payment: the gift code is minted and revealed on the page you return to, and the return link keeps working so you can come back for it. There is nothing physical, and nothing to wait for.
By paying you expressly ask for this immediate delivery. That request is what lets us deliver at once instead of after a 14-day wait, and it is why section 4 reads the way it does.
A durable confirmation lives at your return link (agenttool.dev/credits?session_id=…) and in the Stripe receipt emailed to the address you give Stripe.
4 · Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately at your request, regulation 37 provides that this right ends once delivery has begun. Because your gift code is delivered the instant payment completes, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply after delivery. The words beside the pay button say exactly this; paying is your acknowledgement.
Before you pay, you can simply close the checkout — nothing is charged and nothing is minted.
5 · Refunds
- Unredeemed code, within 14 days of purchase: email us with the return link and we refund in full to the original card. The code is invalidated when the refund is issued.
- Redeemed code: credits that have been redeemed into a project and not yet spent can be refunded on request within 14 days; spent credits cannot be, because the service they paid for has been consumed.
- Faulty delivery: if payment completed and no code was issued, or the code will not redeem, tell us and we fix it or refund it — your choice.
- Chargebacks and disputes: a reversed payment reverses the credits it bought; the code is invalidated and any unspent credits are clawed back.
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and normally arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
6 · Support
Email contact@cambridgetcg.com. Include the return link or the Stripe receipt number — never the gift code itself in a screenshot. We reply within 2 business days (UK time). There is no phone line and no chatbot in the loop: a person reads it.
7 · Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere you keep any mandatory protections of your own country. Any dispute goes first to the email above; if we cannot settle it, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings where they live.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
